Although there are just a few fields to fill out, the more information you provide to us- the better we can assess you as a talent. Providing samples of your work, whether through YouTube, MP3 files is the best way for us to get to know you! We receive many registrants every new show, so please treat the registration process seriously. Once accepted, you will receive a personal theSet biography page which can be used for your promotional purposes. A representative from theSet will contact you with details. The Set Waiver By choosing to perform in theSet event, the Performer and his/her associated parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless theSet members (defined hereafter as theSet organizers, hosts, other fellow talent, Pim Shih, Robert Taliver, Leo Mordis, and Ron Lai) from and against any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements and court costs), damages and recoveries (including amounts paid in settlement which theSet members has approved), which may be made against or incurred by Performer (whether in a third party action or an action between parties) arising out of or in connection with the Performance or the use of any part of New World Stages and/or the Premises by Performer, its agents, independent contractors or patrons. Additionally, by performing at theSet, the talent agrees to allow theSet to use the Performer's likeness for promotion purposes.
